Miley Cyrus celebrates her Birthday early at Disneyland. Cyrus, the daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, doesn't actually turn 16 until Nov. 23, but the park is getting an early jump on the celebration, in part to fit in with Cyrus' schedule and to beat the annual holiday decorating effort at Disneyland. Disneyland closed early today, as the 5,000 people who spent $250 each for a chance to celebrate with Cyrus were escorted into the park about 6 p.m. for the ``Miley's Sweet 16 -- Share the Celebration'' party, which lasted until about 11 p.m. The evening's festivities included ``Special Party Zones'' highlighting the music of Cyrus and her Hannah Montana alter-ego, along with themed activities and entertainment. Some of the celebrities in attendance included: Tyra Banks, Steve Carell with his daughters, Jennie Garth and her family, Sela Ward and her children.
